When you stay at Spruce Chalet you have full access to your own private State of the Art Golf Simulator in its own Large Custom Shed in the backyard! This building has a vaulted ceiling with tongue and groove covering it as well as the walls. Enjoy playing a full 18 on the nation's best courses or hit the virtual driving range. Anyone from a very experienced golfer to someone who has never played before can join in on the fun! A set of lefty, righty and junior clubs are on site. In this building is also a dart board and darts. This building has heat as well so you can play even in the winter! We provide two kayaks and life jackets of varying sized that you can bring down to Lake Sinca and have a relaxing paddle. Indoor Space: Enter this oversized cabin with a modern flare to a beautiful kitchen with an extended island equipped with 3 stools and also a kitchen table that seats 4 guests. Paired with the 10-person dining table, you'll have enough seating for your whole party! In the main living room area, you'll find vaulted tongue and grooved ceilings with an oversized couch facing the mounted TV. From this floor you can walkup the staircase to the beautiful loft area where you will find a pool table, some wall games, a seating area for coffee or a drink, and a record player. Off the family room, find the enlarged deck overlooking the Thomas Darling Preserve where there are two loungers, an enlarged outdoor dining set, an LED Lit adjustable Umbrella to provide shade, and a propane Charbroil grill ready for use! The lower-level features everything you can imagine. In the first room, you will find your own fully stocked private gym which has Bowflex dumbbells', 10 yoga mats, medicine balls, resistance bands, and a Yesoul bike which has a TV screen on a swivel for fun, fast-paced workouts! The main space has a comfortable couch, TV, and more bar seating! Here you will find the main game room with Pop a shot, a shuffleboard, two arcade games, a ping pong table which also converts into an air hockey table, and board games. It also has a cocktail bar with a minifridge. Here you will also find the Movie Theater with 4 massage theater seats, a popcorn machine, 85” inch ultra-HD TV, and two full beds. Pet Policy: Please notify us about your pet at time of booking. 2 dogs max. Non-refundable fee of $125 per dog will be due at the time of booking. Cleaning Fee: This is a large home, and we pay a premium to ensure the house spotless for our guests and the Swim Spa is well maintained with clean water! We do not make any money on the cleaning fee.
